  Each Sleepover Canopies package includes:

· Delivery, full set up and styling, overnight hire and collection of all hire items the following day

· Themed indoor Canopies

· Comfortable blow-up mattresses

· Pillows and pillowcases

· Duvets and covers

· Cushions and throws

· Themed cushions or soft toys depending on the theme chosen

· Battery operated string lights and decorative garlands

· Accessories chosen to complement each party theme

· Lanterns and battery-operated tea lights

· Breakfast trays

· Sweetie Treats/Package add On's, if chosen when booking.


 All bedding is thoroughly washed using sensitive laundry detergents. Mattresses and cushions are cleaned and disinfected.


Each Canopie measures 191cm x 120cm.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check that their space is large enough to accommodate the number of Sleepover Canopies required.


 All equipment hire is based on evening/overnight hire, a time for delivery/set up and collection the following day will be agreed at a mutually convenient time. This will be arranged during booking. Additional nights can be requested at the time of booking.


DEPOSITS AND BOOKING PROCEDURE

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings:

· £40 deposit for all Sleepover Canopies

· £40 deposit for all Sweetie Table Hire 

· £50 deposit for all Sweetie Cart hire

The non-refundable deposit will go towards the total cost of your party/package.  Deposits are to be received within 48-hours of your booking.  The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to your chosen party/event date.  Final payments not received by this time will result in the cancellation of your party/event with no exception.


A £50 refundable damage deposit is required when booking Sleepover Canopies packages. A £50 refundable damage deposit is required when booking a Sweetie Table. A £100 refundable damage deposit is required when booking our Sweetie Cart. The damage deposit will be held to cover any potential damage or additional cleaning.  It will be returned in part/full depending on a check of all equipment and party items upon collection.  You will be notified of any damages and the cost to be taken from your damage deposit.

We must receive confirmation of final numbers for your party/event and any additional options no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. 

Sweet Creations reserves the right to change their prices and charges, however, prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honoured.

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION

Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the scheduled party/event date.  The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another party/event if held within 6 months of the original booking date.  If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded back to you. Sweet Creations reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time, for any reason.  We will always provide as much notice as possible.  Should we have to cancel your party/event, we will refund the Client any monies paid/due in respect of the party booking within 30 days.  Sweet Creations will not be liable to pay any compensation to the Client or any other person for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the cancellation.  Sweet Creations reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice if there is a breach of these conditions.


  

FINAL AND FORMS OF PAYMENT 

All outstanding balances are due 48-hours prior to delivery payable by credit/debit card, BACS or cash.  The remaining balance is based on the agreed number of guests and any additional items stated on your Invoice.


  

INSURANCE  

Sweet Creations is not to be held responsible for any accidents that occur during the rental period agreed.  The Client accepts all liability when renting from Sweet Creations.  The Client is responsible for the security of all equipment at all times during the rental period.  Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value.



LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES

Sweet Creations will not be held liable for any claim for personal injury or death or persons, as well as not being liable for any loss or damage to the property however caused. 

It is the responsibility of the Client to check for any guest allergies or intolerances.

Sweet Creations has the final decision in all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions. Please be aware that all children need to be supervised at all times.


  

DAMAGES

General laundering and cleaning of all items is included within the hire price.

The Client will be responsible for the cost of replacing any Sweet Creations hire equipment damaged due to mistreatment while at the Client’s or Venue premises.  This includes breakages to equipment, damages to Canopies/Sweetie Table/Sweetie Cart or equipment used with these hires and/or any extra cleaning required due to stains.

If any item is damaged or stained, charges will be deducted from the damage deposit to replace the item.  If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount paid, an invoice will be sent to the Client and must be paid by the Client within 48-hours.

It is the responsibility of the Client or Venue Client to take duty of care and always supervise children with the hire equipment.  Diligence must be taken with younger children on the Client’s premises as Sweet Creations Canopies hire equipment is not recommended for children under the age of 5-years old. Sweetie Table/ Sweetie Cart are suitable for all ages when children are supervised.

No naked flames are allowed within the party area.

Assembly/disassembly is the responsibility of Sweet Creations. Please allow us to set-up and pack up all items for your safety and to reduce the risk of damage.

Sweet Creations requests that all party guests and the Client obey the following:

  • No shoes in Sleepover Canopies
  • No smoking or naked flames in or near Sleepover Canopies/ Sweetie Table/ Sweetie Cart
  • No animals in Sleepover Canopies 

DELIVERY, SET UP AND COLLECTION

Delivery, assembly, styling, collection and general laundering are included in the hire cost unless stated otherwise.  The Client will be responsible for any damages, breakages or additional cleaning once set-up is complete.


Prices include delivery within 20 miles.  An additional charge will be added to deliveries outside these areas.


Delivery times will be agreed between the Client and Sweet Creations and confirmed on the booking confirmation.  The Client or Venue Client is responsible for being present to accept delivery of the equipment.  The Client is responsible for any loss or damage incurred if He/She/They arranges equipment to be delivered without being present or without an authorised agent present i.e. The Client is responsible for losses or damages resulting from equipment being delivered to an unattended premises or location as requested by the client.

The time required for complete set-up is varies dependent on party set-up, number of Canopies/ Sweetie Table/ Sweetie Cart and add-ons ordered. 

All areas to be used for the party/event must be clean, dirt and dust-free and furniture moved as agreed before setup begins.


It is the responsibility of the Client or Venue Client to ensure that the space required for the party/event is big enough to fit the required number of Canopies/Sweet Table/Sweet Cart.  The set-up area should be left clear ready for set-up.

Collection of equipment will be arranged prior to setup.  A time and length of time to breakdown and collect equipment will be agreed prior to the party/event date.


The Client is to ensure that all equipment is left in the setup area for collection.

A check will be performed with the Client or Venue Client prior to breakdown to confirm there are no damages or issues

SHOP Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns of Sweet Goods will be accepted at Shop Owners discretion
  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • Refunds or Exchange is offered for damaged items
  • Items to be returned and postage paid for by customer unless otherwise agreed
